If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of our receipt. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made. You must advise us of any card details which have expired. Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Items received after 14 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned.
If for any reason you believe that an item you received is faulty, please call 01727 811 622 or email email@example.com, with your name and address, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
